Information on this site

We keep product information, availability and delivery areas as accurate as we can, but they change. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell. An order is only confirmed once we've spoken with you and agreed the product, quantity, price and delivery date.

Quotes, prices and availability

Prices are quoted at the time you contact us and can change without notice, as our own supply costs move. Any quote we give you is based on the quantity and delivery address discussed at the time. Stock availability varies, particularly for seasonal and decorative lines, so we'll confirm what we have before taking payment.

Natural materials vary

Soil, mulch, sand, pebbles and stone are natural products. Colour, texture and particle size vary between batches and between seasons, and screen images will never match a load exactly. If colour matching matters for your project, come and see the product in the yard before you order, and order the whole quantity at once so it comes from the same batch.

Quantities and the calculator

The volume calculator on this site is a guide only. It doesn't account for compaction, settling, uneven ground or wastage, and materials differ in how much they settle. Check your measurements before ordering, and call us if you're unsure. We're not responsible for over-ordering or under-ordering based on the calculator alone.

Delivery

Same-day delivery depends on availability, the size of the order and how the run is tracking that day, so we'll confirm it when you call rather than guarantee it up front.

You're responsible for providing safe, legal and practical access for a loaded truck, and for making sure the drop point is clear. Our drivers make the final call on whether a site can be accessed safely. If a truck can't safely reach the drop point, or nobody is there to direct the driver where access is restricted, the load may be placed at the nearest safe point or returned to the yard, and a further delivery fee may apply.

Tipper trucks are heavy. We're not liable for damage to driveways, crossovers, footpaths, nature strips, irrigation, pipes or other services where we've delivered to a point you directed us to.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, we limit it to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid for them.
